About Gonaug
A courier desk organized around clear lanes, careful handoffs, and copy that does not invent proof it cannot show.
Gonaug Courier exists to arrange the collection and delivery of shipments for businesses and individuals in Canada. The work is practical. Someone has a parcel, a file, a sample, or a set of pieces that must move from one address to another under a window they can explain. The site you are reading is the public explanation of that work: the services, the cities, the limits, and the way to request a quote.
You will not find a founded-in year, a fleet count, an award, or a famous client list on these pages. Those facts are not supplied here, and inventing them would make the service harder to trust, not easier. What you will find is a precise description of same-day, express, local, parcel, last-mile, business, scheduled, document, medical, and international courier.
How the desk thinks
A request is a lane plus contents plus a definition of delivery. If any of the three is missing, the quote is a guess. Gonaug would rather ask than assume a concierge may sign, a specimen may sit in a warm vehicle, or a border will ignore a vague description. Refusals are part of the service. Unsafe, illegal, and unpackaged shipments do not move because a sender is in a hurry.
The office address is 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, ON L4T 0B4, Canada. Walk-in visits are not a confirmed service. Call +1 (905) 677-5342 or email [email protected]. Quote and contact forms email a request to our intake address. Read the Privacy Policy before you type details you consider sensitive. Sunday is a closed day. Hours for other days are confirmed when we reply.
