How courier requests work

Four steps from a described lane to a recorded handoff. Sending a form is a request, not a booking.

01

Describe the lane

Pickup, delivery, timing, piece count, and what the shipment is. Add access notes while they are still easy to remember.

02

Match the service

Same-day, express, local, scheduled, medical, document, or international. The services page explains each one.

03

Release a packed shipment

Seal it, label it, and have a person who can hand it over. The driver does not pack for you.

04

Close with proof

Confirmation may include a signature, a photo, the recipient’s name, or a mix of these, as arranged for that job. Not every delivery includes all three.

Before you request

Decide what “delivered” means. A named person, a reception desk, a dock, or a concierge are different outcomes. Decide the backup if nobody is there. Decide whether the shipment may share a vehicle. If it is documents, seal them. If it is medical, apply your own protocol and read the medical courier page. If a border is involved, list the contents properly.

The homepage form asks for name, phone, pickup, delivery, service type, and consent. The full quote form also asks for email, optional company name, a shipment description, a preferred time, and a message. Consent is required because those details are emailed to us and may be shared with couriers if a delivery is arranged. Submitting a form does not confirm a price or a carriage order. Quotes are prepared in CAD after we review the request.

On the day

Have the shipment where you said it would be. Same-day work is not available on every request; it depends on delivery distance. If the ready time slips, the window may slip with it. Do not add undeclared pieces at the door. Do not ask the driver to evaluate legal or clinical contents. Keep a phone number available for access problems, and put that number in the request rather than assuming it is known.

After delivery

Use the confirmation arranged for that job to close your own file. If something about the handoff was wrong, the useful report is specific: wrong suite, receiver refused, piece count short. A general complaint without the lane is difficult to reconcile. Payment terms are not published on this site. If a job is later confirmed, the commercial terms will be those you accept at that time.

Questions that are shorter than this page are collected in the FAQ. Coverage questions are on service areas.

Questions people ask

Does submitting the form book a driver?

No. The form emails a request. It does not confirm a price, a delivery, or that a courier has been assigned.

What if the address is wrong?

Correct it before collection. The driver follows the instruction you confirmed. A wrong suite number is the most common reason a local job fails.
