Privacy Policy

Effective 6 October 2026

This policy describes how Gonaug Courier (“Gonaug,” “we”) handles information in connection with this website. It is a plain-language notice. It is not legal advice.

Who this policy is about

The site is operated as Gonaug Courier, a courier service for businesses and individuals in Canada. Public contact: +1 (905) 677-5342 and [email protected]. The office address is 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, ON L4T 0B4, Canada. Walk-in visits are not a confirmed service. Form submissions are delivered by email to [email protected]. That intake address is not the public contact address.

Information you type into forms

The short quote form on the home page asks for your name, phone number, pickup place, delivery place, service type, and consent. It does not ask for email, company name, a shipment description, a preferred time, or a message, and those fields are not required for that form.

The full quote form on the quote page asks for your name, an optional company name, email address, phone number, pickup place, delivery place, service type, a description of the shipment, a preferred time, a message, and consent.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, an enquiry type, a message, and consent.

When a valid form is submitted, the details are emailed to [email protected]. The sending address on that message is [email protected]. If you included a valid email address, it is part of the emailed request. We may use it to reply. If a delivery is arranged, it may be shared with a courier for that job. Submitting a form sends a request. It does not confirm a delivery, a price, or that a courier has been assigned.

Please do not enter payment-card numbers, government identifiers, full medical histories, account passwords, or similar sensitive information. We do not ask for them to describe a courier lane.

Technical information

The host that delivers these pages may keep ordinary connection details, such as an IP address, the time, and the page requested. This page does not state how long those records or backups are kept. The site does not ask for your location beyond the addresses you choose to type.

Cookies

This site is designed to work without advertising or analytics cookies. The menu and the forms do not write a cookie to keep your shipment details. See the Cookie Policy.

Analytics

The page source does not embed a third-party analytics product. Do not assume visits are being assembled into a marketing audience from scripts on these pages.

How information may be used

We may use what you provide to:

• Respond to a quote request or a question.
• Decide whether a lane, a time, and a shipment can be carried.
• Share what a courier needs to collect and deliver the shipment, if a job proceeds.
• Keep a record of the request in email for two months.
• Protect the site and our correspondence from spam, fraud, and misuse.
• Meet a legal duty when one actually applies.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters or other promotional mailing lists from these contact details.

Service providers

A company that hosts the website may process connection data so the pages can be delivered. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts so the pages can use the intended letterforms. That request is governed by Google’s own practices and is not a Gonaug analytics program. Couriers who carry a shipment receive the handling details they need for that job. They are not authorized to use a courier request for their own marketing.

Retention

Requests received by email are kept for two months. This page does not promise automatic deletion at the end of that period, and it does not describe backup copies the host may keep.

Security

No website transmission is immune to misuse. Use a trusted device. No security certification is claimed on this page.

Your choices

You may withhold optional details, such as a company name on the full quote form. You may refuse the consent checkbox, in which case the form will not be sent. To ask about information we actually received, use [email protected], +1 (905) 677-5342, or the contact page.

Children

The site is written for adults arranging courier service for a business or a household. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site’s practices change. The effective date at the top will change. The version on this page is the version that applies after that date. Related terms are in the Terms and Conditions.
