Frequently asked questions

What is a courier service?

It is the collection of a shipment from one address and delivery to another under a stated window, with a handoff you define. The long version is on the courier services page.

What is courier service, in one sentence?

A planned pickup and delivery of a described item, rather than an untracked favour.

How do I find courier services near me?

Send the pickup postal code and the delivery postal code. Near me is only half of a lane. Local courier explains city and metro work.

What is the difference between a delivery service and a courier service?

Delivery service is the wider phrase. Courier service usually implies a controlled handoff and a time window. Gonaug treats them as one request once the timing is clear.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day is not available on every request. It depends on the delivery distance and whether both ends can finish that day. See same-day courier.

What is express or next-day delivery?

Express is faster than a standard route. Next-day and overnight plans land on the following business day when same-day is not available.

What is last-mile delivery?

The final trip from a store, warehouse, or hub to the recipient. It can be one stop or several drops from one pickup.

What is on-demand delivery?

A request made when the goods are ready, instead of on a fixed calendar. Addresses and a receiver are still required. Repeating on-demand work should become a schedule.

Do you publish prices or claim to be the cheapest?

No public rate card is listed. Quotes are prepared in Canadian dollars (CAD) after we receive a request. Submitting a form does not confirm a price. This site does not claim to be the cheapest or the best courier in Canada.

Which courier is cheapest from Canada to India?

There is no single public price. Send weight, dimensions, both cities, and the speed you need. International courier explains the paperwork.

Do you take cash on delivery?

No cash-on-delivery product is described on this site. Do not plan a shipment around a payment the driver will collect.

Can you ship dangerous goods?

Undeclared dangerous, illegal, or unsafe goods are refused. Describe anything hazardous before you assume it can travel.

Do the forms book a pickup?

No. They email a request. That is not confirmation of a delivery, a price, or that a courier is coming.

Where is your office and how do I call?

Call +1 (905) 677-5342 or email [email protected]. The office is at 7205 Goreway Dr, Mississauga, ON L4T 0B4, Canada. Walk-in visits are not a confirmed service. Sunday is a closed day. Hours for other days are confirmed when we reply.

What proof of delivery do you provide?

Confirmation may include a signature, a photo, the recipient’s name, or a combination, as arranged for the job. Not every delivery includes all three.

Do you cover cities besides Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Edmonton, and Ottawa?

Requests can name other municipalities. Those six have guides because the markets need explanation, not because other towns are excluded. They are service areas, not confirmed branches.
