These terms govern your use of the Gonaug Courier website. They are a general notice, not a signed carriage contract. If a shipment is later agreed in writing, that agreement governs the job. If a sentence here conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement controls the job. These terms do not name a legal entity number.

Website use

You may use this site to read about courier services in Canada and to prepare a quote or a question. You may not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, probes it for weaknesses, or misrepresents who you are. The pages are written in English for people considering service in Canada. Nothing on the site is an offer to carry goods in a place or on a day we have not agreed.

The content is general information. It is not legal advice, medical advice, customs advice, or insurance advice.

Quotes

Service descriptions explain the kind of work. They are not a published rate card, transit guarantees, or promises that every address can be served. Quotes are prepared in Canadian dollars (CAD) after we receive a request. Distance, timing, access, size, and the contents change the job. A price, if one is later given, is for the lane described in that reply.

Submitting a form emails a request. It does not confirm a price, a collection, a delivery, or that a courier has been assigned. An on-screen or thank-you confirmation means the request was accepted for email, not that a price or a pickup is agreed.

We do not promise to be the lowest price, and we do not promise a result the lane has not supported. Same-day service is not available on every request; it depends on delivery distance. Same-day and express timing are windows that have to be confirmed. They are not a contractual arrival minute printed in advance. Sunday is a closed day. Hours for other days are confirmed when we reply. Exact opening intervals for other days are not listed on this site.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses, postal codes, contact names, piece counts, weights, dimensions, and the description of the goods. A wrong suite, an undeclared extra piece, or a vague contents list can delay or stop the job. If you send original documents or clinical material, you are responsible for sealing them and for stating who may receive them.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Request carriage of unlawful goods, undeclared dangerous goods, or items that leak, break, or cannot be packed safely.
• Submit false contact details, or a request you do not intend as a genuine enquiry.
• Upload malware, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors, or attempt to bypass the form’s limits.
• Use the Gonaug name to send messages we did not send.
• Treat these pages as instructions to pack, label, or handle goods in a way that is unsafe.

Gonaug may decline a request that looks unsafe even if you have already typed it into a form.

Service limits

The site does not publish payment terms, refund rules, insurance limits, or guarantees. City pages describe markets. They do not promise a branch, a depot, or a standing route. The published office is in Mississauga; walk-in visits are not a confirmed service.

Third-party links

Some pages link to other pages on this site and, for photograph credits, to files on Wikimedia Commons. Google Fonts may be requested so the type can load. Those services have their own terms. A link is not an endorsement of every statement on the destination, and we are not responsible for content we do not control.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and mark on this site are used for Gonaug Courier. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the pages or their structure to build another site. Photographs are used under the licences named on the About page. Trademarks that appear incidentally in documentary photographs remain with their owners. Showing a vehicle or a city is not a claim of a partnership.

Limitation

The website is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, Gonaug is not liable for losses that come only from using or being unable to use the website, including a decision you make from a page without an agreed shipment, or a confirmation you mistake for a booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the way requests are taken changes. The effective date at the top will be revised. The version posted on this page applies to use of the site after that date.
